Our History

Standridge Baled Pine Straw was established in 1978 by Elwin Standridge.

Mr. Standridge designed and built the unique hand baler we use to allow “clean” straw with no significant needle breakage. Today, the company he started has grown to cover all aspects of pine straw from harvesting with his unique hand baler to shipping with our trucks and trailers over the U.S. Yet, Standridge Baled Pine Straw continues to remain a family company and will always take pride in our quality, outstanding service and willingness to stand behind out product.
